Any winnings generated while ineligible may be voided and any deposited funds returned at the Company's discretion following a compliance review.

3.1 To access the full range of services on the Platform, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.
3.2 Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify the Company immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization by contacting our support team at [email protected].
3.5 The Company reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4.1 wow33 is committed to operating a secure, compliant, and responsible platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is processed, and at any other time the Company reasonably requests.
4.2 KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:
4.3 The Company processes all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Document images are encrypted in transit and at rest and are not shared with unauthorized third parties.
4.4 Withdrawal requests will be placed in a pending state until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. The Company accepts no liability for delays in payment that result from a Player's failure to submit the required documentation in a timely manner.
4.5 Submission of fraudulent, altered, or misrepresenting documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
5.1 All deposits to your wow33 Account must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the payment methods currently listed on the Platform. Accepted channels include, but are not limited to: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated through the Platform's cashier interface.
5.3 Deposits must be funded from accounts or payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous pre-paid cards, or unverified payment sources are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your Account.
5.4 wow33 does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which the Company bears no responsibility.
5.5 Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within five minutes. In the event of a technical delay, please contact our support team with your bank transfer receipt or payment confirmation and we will resolve the matter promptly.
5.6 The Company reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return the funds to the originating account if the deposit is flagged by the Company's risk or compliance systems, or if the Player has not yet completed KYC verification and the deposit exceeds the pre-verification threshold set by the Company at its discretion.
6.1 Players may request a withdrawal of available funds (i.e., real-money balance net of any bonus credits subject to active wagering requirements) at any time through the Platform's cashier section.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 All withdrawals are paid to a verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name, consistent with the payment method used for deposits where practicable. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
6.4 Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours (WIB) for Players who have completed KYC verification. Processing times may be extended during public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Idul Adha, or during periods of unusually high transaction volume.
6.5 The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified if such a review is initiated.
6.6 Withdrawals of winnings that were generated while a Player's Account is under review, or that are suspected of resulting from system errors, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity, may be withheld pending investigation.
7.1 wow33 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BRI Liga 1 season, Champions League knockout rounds, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
7.2 Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail with respect to that promotion only.
7.3 Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:
7.4 The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been accepted but before wagering requirements are met, any real-money funds deposited in connection with the offer will be returned to the Player's Account.
7.5 The Company maintains the right to void bets and/or withhold bonus winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, or colluding with other players to manufacture qualifying wagers.
8.1 All bets are accepted subject to the applicable product-specific rules published on the Platform. These include, without limitation, the Football Betting Rules, Bandar Bola (sports bookmaking) Rules, Mix Parlay Accumulator Rules, Togel Draw Rules, Live Casino Rules, and Slot Game Rules.
8.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player, except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-editing feature for the applicable market.
8.3 In the event of a palpable error (manifest odds error, typographical error, system error, or data feed failure) in the posting of any market, the Company reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to each Player's Account. This right applies regardless of whether the error was in the Player's favor or not.
8.4 The Company's decisions regarding the settlement of bets, interpretation of game rules, and resolution of disputes are final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in clause 16.
8.5 wow33 operates all casino and live dealer products using software from licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed in the individual game information panels.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational betting purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, public display, creation of derivative works, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wow33 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:
11.2 In all cases where the Company's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, the Company's maximum aggregate liability to any single Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Company's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence.
12.1 The Company may suspend or close a Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:
12.2 A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player's nominated bank account after any outstanding wagering requirements or pending bet settlements are resolved.
13.1 The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the wow33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
13.2 wow33 collects only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with applicable regulatory obligations, and improve the Platform experience. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third-party advertisers.
14.1 wow33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all Players with access to the following tools through the Responsible Gaming section of the Platform:

15.1 wow33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, the Company will provide at least seven calendar days' advance notice by publishing a notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by email to registered Players.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with clause 12.2.

16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wow33 holds its international offshore gaming license. Specific licensing jurisdiction details are available upon written request to [email protected].
16.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and the Company arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players should submit disputes in writing to [email protected], providing full details of the issue and any supporting documentation.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days of the Company's receipt of the written complaint, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body designated by the Company's licensing authority.
16.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
